How fast do you reply to e-mails?
Usually within the business day (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 CET). Urgent requests are prioritized.

In selected cases. Describe your idea, quantity, timing and budget — we’ll confirm feasibility.
Wholesale?

Ordering & Payment
How to place an order?
Choose products in the catalogue and e-mail us the list, quantities and destination city.
Payment methods?
Secure cashless options. We’ll share details by e-mail and agree on what suits you best.
Receipt/confirmation?
Yes — we e-mail an electronic receipt/confirmation after payment.
Modify or cancel?
Write as soon as possible. If the parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll help.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Across Norway and to EU countries. Customs/VAT may apply according to destination rules.
How long does it take?
Typically 2–6 business days within Norway. To the EU — depends on the route.
Tracking?
Yes, we send a tracking code after handing the parcel to the carrier.
Damaged parcel — what to do?
Take photos/video of the packaging and contents and e-mail us — we’ll resolve quickly.
Materials & Products
What materials do you use?
Natural, verified components. For candles — beeswax, cotton/linen wicks; eco-packaging.
Fragrances/allergens?
We keep compositions minimalist. If you have sensitivities, write to us — we’ll suggest options.
Why small differences between batches?
Handmade products and natural materials can vary slightly — within quality standards.
Gift sets?
Yes. Tell us quantities and budget — we’ll propose options.

How to store products?
Cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
What if a product has a defect?
Take photos/video and e-mail us — we’ll check and resolve.
Returns
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes. E-mail us with description, list of items and photos/video if needed.
Who pays return shipping?
Depends on the case (defect/mistake/regular return). Agreed individually.
Gifts
Can you add a greeting card?
Yes, we can add a short card. Send the text with your order.
Can you ship directly to the recipient?
Yes. Provide the recipient’s address and phone, and who the sender is.
Other
Payment documents (receipt)?
Yes — we e-mail an electronic receipt/confirmation after payment. Invoices for organizations are not issued yet.
